Engagement Session at White Sands, NM – Stacy and Manuel

 I have had the pleasure and opportunity to photograph many different love stories. One beautiful couple, full of love, was Stacy and Manuel. The already married couple decided to step out of El Paso, and capture their love in a beautiful White Sands Engagement Session.

White Sands is an amazing site that never seems to photograph the same. As the clouds and sky always changing, so does the scenery. As a result, you never know what beauty will await you.  It was a beautiful choice for the couple! Stacy had meticulously thought about all the details when preparing for the session. I was very pleased with her open communication when selecting her dress. She sent me options and ideas, so I was able to offer ideas that I knew would fit this location. I loved the way her vibrant dress flowed into the wind. It was the perfect choice!

Arriving to the dunes, I asked the couple to have fun and play. Manuel started chasing Stacy. In that moment I was able to capture a remarkable scene. There was a slight breeze, so when Stacy took off  the wind caught her dark hair and the airiness of her dress. Manuel was laughing and in motion towards his bride. The entire White Sands session was full of love and playfulness just like this moment. 

Lastly, we ended our session with a changing sky. Beautiful hues of dark blue now framed the couple.  Surrounded by billowing clouds and crisp white sand, the couple shared lots of laughs, sweet kisses, and beautiful embraces. I am honored to have been able to photograph these special moments during their White Sands engagement session.
