Engagement Session at White Sands New Mexico

I have had the pleasure and opportunity to photograph many different love stories. One beautiful couple, full of love, was Alexis and George. The engaged couple wanted to capture their love in a beautiful White Sands National Park photoshoot.

White Sands National Park  is an amazing site that never seems to photograph the same. As the clouds and sky always changing, so does the scenery in a White Sands National Park photoshoot. As a result, you never know what beauty will await you.  It was a beautiful choice for the couple! Alexis had meticulously thought about all the details when preparing for the session. She sent me options and I offer ideas that I knew would fit this location. I loved the way her vibrant dress flowed into the wind. It was the perfect choice for their White Sands Engagement session.

Arriving to the dunes, I asked the couple to have fun and play. George started chasing Alexis. In that moment I managed to capture a remarkable scene resembling a magical photoshoot at White Sands National Park. There was a slight breeze. When Alexis took off, the wind caught her dark hair. It also lifted the airiness of her dress, reminding me of other magical photoshoots I’ve done at White Sands National Park.

The entire session at White Sands was full of love and playfulness just like this moment.

The sky changed rapidly to dramatic

Lastly, we ended our engagement session with a changing sky. Beautiful warm and golden light now framed the couple. The couple shared lots of laughs, sweet kisses, and beautiful embraces. I am honored to have photographed these special moments. Love and tenderness filled their session at White Sands. It was much like a dream photoshoot in White Sands National Park.
