GETTING MARRIED AT EPIC RAILYARD
If you’ve been to any El Paso wedding or special event in El Paso, chances are you’ve been to Epic Railyard. It’s a beautiful open space wedding venue with so much potential.
The open space fits up to 500 guests and is a favorite for its versatility. It also lends itself for inside or outside wedding ceremonies.
Close to downtown El Paso, you and your guests will have easy access to some of the best lodging options offered.
Something to consider though, Epic Railyard is a great blank canvas but you will need to either hire an event planner or be prepared to put in some work on your own to really transform the space. Overall, this rustic wedding venue is perfect for the DIY inspired couple.

Her team is magnificent at customizing the space as much as possible to fit the individual needs of each couple. The venue is all inclusive as well. An ideal venue if you don’t want to lift a finger!
150 Sunset is great for accommodating both indoor and outdoor experiences. The large space has a great dance floor for plenty of dancing with all your guest.
GETTING MARRIED AT LOS PORTALES
A wonderful rustic location with lots of character is Los Portales.
This beautiful wedding venue is very unique and offers a lot of variation, especially for photography. The pecan fields are close enough to utilize in your wedding portraits, which is a favorite amongst brides.
If your guest list exceeds 99, this location can accommodate your needs as an outside venue. Using Los Portales as an outside wedding venue will offer spacious grounds for a large dance floor, and the rustic building as a lovely backdrop during your wedding reception. A smaller party is able to utilize the lovely little building for a lovely rustic experience.
GETTING MARRIED AT CORONADO COUNTRY CLUB
If you imagine a “riding off into the sunset” moment, you should definitely consider the Coronado Country club.
This location offers one of the best views to enjoy a sunset. Just imagine the beautiful mountains in the distance. Talk about picture perfect!
This venue is also very lush with greenery, especially when you consider that El Paso is desert.
In my experience, this wedding venue offers a great space for photo opportunities and the meals offered here are also known for being amazing!
The beautiful cocktail hour held on the patio is not only a favorite amongst guests but also a great photo opportunity if you love sunsets. However, the smaller dance floor for this venue is best suited for 200 or less guests. If your guest list exceeds this I would suggest preparing for some over crowding.
GETTING MARRIED AT GRACE GARDENS
Grace Gardens is a favorite for outdoor wedding ceremonies as well. This wedding venue is great for photography opportunities!
Here you will be able to enjoy your wedding ceremony under the Redwood Pavilion or Pond Island.
Grace Gardens is a wonderful option because they provide everything! You won’t have to worry about a thing. One of the best elements offered is the flower arrangements but if you have a unique arrangement in mind and have a specific florist in mind, Grace Gardens will charge you extra.
Also, if you want something completely private, this venue might not be your first choice. This venue hosts up to 3 weddings at a time, which can be disappointing. I’ve witnessed guests wander into the wrong wedding multiple times.
GETTING MARRIED AT THE DOUBLE TREE IN DOWNTOWN EL PASO TEXAS
Do you envision a more traditional venue? If so, the Double Tree is definitely worth looking into, especially if you have a small guest list. This venue can comfortably entertain 220 guests.
It’s number one allure is the most beautiful view of the city and a glimpse of Mexico too.
You will also be confident with Bianca Arreola as your wedding coordinator. She has proven to provide some of the best services for the couples she has worked with. I especially recommend this location if you or your guests will need lodging since this venue is also a full service hotel.
Photographing here has offered great urban/modern images if that suits the look you are trying to achieve.
